Name change into A.T.i. Software GmbH

Admission to the Teradyne Support Network (TSN) as Selected Partner

First test house in Germany: purchase of a TS124LX test station and a Spectrum 8852

Cooperation with Göpel electronic, member in GATE program

Relocation - moving into our new premises in Landsberger Straße
